Come cucinarlo?

Cucinalo al cartoccio con carta da forno o alluminio: chiudi nel cartoccio pomodorini, aglio olive e capperi. Aggiungi un filo d'olio e due scaglie di sale Maldon, chiudi il cartoccio e inforna a 180 gradi per 10/15 minuti. Oppure prova a grigliarlo!
