Il merluzzo cotto a bassa temperatura è un metodo di preparazione che garantisce un pesce incredibilmente tenero e saporito.

Fai bollire una pentola con circa 2 litri circa d'acqua, quando bolle, immergi la busta chiusa, metti al minimo il fuoco e chiudi con un coperchio. Bastano 6 minuti per far arrivare a cottura il cuore di merluzzo. Devo ammettere che la qualità è superiore ho provato molti prodotti dal tonno alla ricciola gamberi ecc..tutto squisito, servizio perfetto in poco tempo arriva la consegna con il trasporto refrigerato . Sicuramente a breve emetterò un'altro ordine

Meriterebbero 10 stelle. Io e mio marito abbiamo assaggiato le ostriche Gillardeau n.3 e del caviale per una serata di anniversario. La consegna e’ stata perfetta. Per il caviale, abbiamo scelto l’iraniano, buonissimo. Grazie. Al prossimo ordine 🙏🏻
