Select the 200 gram ingot, packaged in a special "CBT" bag that will allow you to cook it with the simple and healthy "low temperature" technique: bring a pot of water to a boil, turn off the heat, immerse the bag, close with the lid on and wait 10 minutes.  Or select the classic slice ready to be portioned or cooked whole.

how to cook monkfish?
