Tuna are fishing following a protocol learned in Japan and improved in Spain that provides the best possibile quality than can be obtain from a bluefin tuna. The JC Mackintosh Techinque is the first one in Europe performing this protocol.

Our tartare is ready to be eat. The tartare is already cut into small cubes by our professional chefs.

As required by law, this fish is suitable for raw consumption thanks to the lowering of the temperature. When you receive your box leave it in your fridge at 0° degrees. Eat it before the expiration date.
