how to cook it?
Try it marinated Nordic style in "gravlax" covering it overnight with aromatic herbs, salt and sugar in a 1: 1 ratio or cook it on a very hot plate, it is important that it does not overcook.

Devo ammettere che la qualità è superiore ho provato molti prodotti dal tonno alla ricciola gamberi ecc..tutto squisito, servizio perfetto in poco tempo arriva la consegna con il trasporto refrigerato .

per curiosità ho acquistato dal sito, avendo già ottimi fornitori da banco, ho assaggiato polpo in versione ragù e decongelato, ostriche gauloise, cozze, ho constatato la valida qualità dei prodotti, la puntualità ed l'ottimo packaging. Tutto ottimo
