We have chosen the best of Italian fish, our sea bass are raised about 4 miles from the Gulf of Follonica, off-shore farms. Unlike other farms, sea bass grow in all respects in the turbulent waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The meat is firm and delicate, very similar to that of caught sea bass.
