Imperial seafood grill

• Galician octopus tentacle: being already cooked, you only need to create a crunchy crust, 3 minutes per side will be enough
• Mauritanian lobsters: divide them lengthwise and grill 4-5 minutes per side, brushing them with oil
• Porcupine bay scamponi: sever the tail lengthwise up to the head and cook for 1.5-2 minutes
• Clean squid: the squid must be cooked quickly, cut the "checkered" surface without piercing it, 3 minutes per side will be enough
• Monkfish: cook 3 minutes per side, to make it even tastier, wrap it with bacon
• Prawns: cook whole for 1.5-2 minutes
• Scallops: cook them over high heat for 2 minutes with the "nut" part facing the embers. If you are using a grill pan, remove the walnut and cook it separate from the shell
