Salmon is a staple food for our daily life. It is one of the fish with the best nutritional characteristics thanks to its protein and Omega 3.
how it is sold?
The fillet is extracted from large salmon weighing 4-6 kilos, it will be divided by our chefs into slices from which you can make your favorite processing. It is vacuum packed and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days from delivery. The product is fresh, so you can freeze it in your home freezer.

Salmone cotto a bassa temperatura
Il salmone cotto a bassa temperatura è un metodo di preparazione che garantisce un pesce incredibilmente tenero e saporito.
Fai bollire una pentola con circa 2 litri circa d'acqua, quando bolle, immergi la busta chiusa, metti al minimo il fuoco e chiudi con un coperchio. Bastano 6 minuti per far arrivare a cottura il cuore di salmone. Apri la busta, condisci con Olio evo e Sale di Maldom, e impiatta accompagnando il salmone con del riso nero per ottenere un piatto sano ed equilibrato!
