If fitness is your daily constant, this fresh seafood selection is for you. Each box includes four fresh fish fillets, packed in bags that will allow you to cook them in 5-10 minutes in boiling water, without the need for fats, just long enough for a shower!

NOT ONLY PROTEINS, ALSO GOOD FATS

Each fillet contains around 200g of fish, or 30-40g of protein per single serving and valuable omega 3 fats that will support your daily effort.

what do you get?

Each 200g serving is vacuum packed. You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days from receipt or freeze it, all the fish you will receive is fresh.
