FEATURES
Cooking the seafood salad and obtaining a perfect consistency of all the elements can be difficult! We cook cuttlefish, squid, baby octopus and prawns with the "sous vide" technique, vacuum-packed and at a low temperature for a long time. This technique guarantees the best consistency and maintenance of all the succulent liquids released by the cooking fish. You will receive the ingredients packaged in vacuum bags, the recipe can be stored 3/4 days from receipt in the refrigerator.
COME TO USE IT?
You can enjoy it at room temperature like a seafood salad, or place the sealed bag, cold from the refrigerator in boiling water with the stove off for a couple of minutes.
