The Gran Cru di Provenzani oil is produced entirely from organic farming, exclusively from olives of the Tonda Iblea cultivar, a variety closely linked to the Mediterranean Sicilian territory of the Iblei Mountains.

It is designed for the most demanding and meticulous palates and is obtained by pressing organic olives at the right degree of ripeness to give the maximum in terms of beneficial properties that they can offer.
