Artisanal
For caviar and salmon
Bordier's crème fraiche comes from the endless Norman pastures from which the cows get their supplies of fresh herbs, made brackish by the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.
Fresh milk is processed by extracting the cream and treating it with a process similar to that used in the production of yogurt.
It is certainly essential to accompany salmon, both smoked and raw, caviar and other fish roe.
In addition to the great quality, this product stands out from the others, for its absence of preservatives. The deadline from delivery to your home is a maximum of 7 days. You can safely use it at least until the Monday following delivery.
With good bread, or traditional blinis combined with fresh dill, you can create sublime croutons!
