Perfect as a condiment
Rouille is a typical Provencal sauce, created from fish and shellfish stock. With a silky texture and slightly spicy aftertaste, it is perfect if spread on toasted bread. Try it in combination with the famous buillabeisse soup, bouchot mussels and all cooked crustaceans such as crab, leek, lobster and lobster.
