Artisanal work
All the sardines, fished in the seas along the Galician coasts between June and October, are processed immediately and entirely by hand. Before being packaged in milk and covered with olive oil, they are lightly steamed, thus maintaining a solid consistency and a delicate and pleasant flavor.

Ostriche eccezionali, buonissime, i percebes favolosi, precisi e puntuali nella consegna, peccato non abbia fotografato gli spaghetti che ho fatto con le vongole veraci, nemmeno al ristorante, sublimi..
