FROM GIANT OCTOPUS!
To obtain tentacles of this size, the best octopuses of about 4-5 kg are chosen. The tentacle is cooked in a special vacuum-sealed bag at a temperature of 72 ° for about 7-10 hours, avoiding the characteristic weight loss of the octopus. The advantage is that all the juices of the meat are not lost, you will be able to appreciate a perfect and soft cooking.
HOW TO USE IT?
Try searing it in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 3-5 minutes to add a touch of crunchiness!
Serve it Galician style with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkling of slightly spicy paprika, or in a salad, simply by cutting it into slices.
