The irish crunchy oyster
Oléronaise is a small oyster farmer situated in Oléron island, France. For more than a century, four generations of oyster farmers have been able to build and transmit a know-how preferring quality over quantity. This oyster is selected from their Irish oysters parks, situated close to Donegal Bay.
Cuvèe Prestige is a fleshy oyster, with an incomparable crunchiness. It gives a persistent aftertaste with a surprising sweety notes.

Opening the oysters
it's simple!
Use the right tools you find in the accessories section. It is important not to use knives that have not been designed for this specific use eg. grit knife. Follow our directions by reading our instructions, the result is guaranteed!
