A celtic taste
the Irish salty oyster
Eiré means Ireland in Celtic. This oyster is farmed in the little and windy bays close to Donegal. The French productor origins will make you taste simply the essence of Irish oyster territory, shaped by the skilled artisan hands of Cédric Massé a French oyster farmer.
WHY to try IT?
It is characterized by a medium-low flesh index (10 - 12 %), this determines savory and mineral taste. Try it if you like deep sea flavors and if you've never tried an Irish oyster. If you prefer a more delicate and crunchy oyster, you will surely appreciate our Cocollos, the sweet Irish oyster.
WHAT FEATURES WILL YOU APPRECIATE?
You will appreciate an elegant flavor, which soon fades to fill the mouth with vegetable and herbaceous aromas. The oyster muscle will give a pleasant crunchiness. You will appreciate the fast evolution from salty to sweet.
