Silky and crunchy
Lamaison Gran Cru is a concave oyster that owes its particular and unique flavor to the meticulous care in the choice of the Claire, the basins used for aging, often disused saline with very clayey soil, where the oysters are aged for 8 months in limited quantities (two oysters per square meter), and it is here that they will form their "character" acquiring that silky and delicate taste.
The production of these oysters, depending on their low density per square meter, is in limited quantities and therefore benefits from a greater nourishment than any other concave oyster: the result is a product with abundant meat and a pearly and shiny color.

All the "EXPRESS" branded products that you find in the boutique, has to be ordered by 10.00 am, to be received the next day. To also receive products on reservation that do not have the "EXPRESS" tag, they must be ordered by Monday, you can receive them starting from Thursday.
