Farmed on Lilia bay seaside
From Brittany
The "end of the world" is not only what you will exclaim when tasting this selection, but also the Latin interpretation of the French production department, the Finistére (Finis terrae) or the extreme northern tip of Brittany.
This delicacy is the expression of the small producer Emanuel Legris who since 1986 has been cultivating these delicacies on the beaches of the Lilia archipelago, near the Virgin Island, where the tallest lighthouse in Europe reigns. When tasted, a balsamic flavor will transport us to where the cold ocean currents shape its taste. Later we will be able to appreciate a delicate sweetness with elegant spring notes of wild garlic that will last for long seconds.
