Muirgen means born from the sea, is the name chosen for this oyster of Irish origin born and raised in a unique ecosystem.
Reached the commercial size, it is transferred to the waters of the Mont St Michel bay in France where it is refined in the claires managed by the Pichot family who have been cultivating and refining the best oysters in the area since 1920.
