Tentation is a Cédric Lamaison particular selection, he's one of the best french oyster farmer and finisher.

In addition to being famous for its Marénnes Oleròn - PGI hûitrés, his wise savoir-faire is also expressed, in this case, in selecting the best Normandy oysters that he finishes and shape in the natuarl clay salt pans called "claire", the tipycal finishing bassins of Marennes Oleron area.

Tentation is farmed in the south - east side of the Contentin coasts, a peninsula that extends from Normandy towards England in the English Channel. The particular flow of the sea currents generate an intensely iodized character.
